I was born and raised in Bogotá, Colombia where I earned my Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy at La Universidad del Rosario 32 years ago. I migrated to the United States in 2002 and began working my way into the health industry while building my reputation and earning the respect of my employers, fellow therapists, patients and various entities alike.

With nothing more than a dream, desire, and uncontrollable drive to succeed, I decided to become the leading provider of Pediatric Therapy in South Florida. In 2005, I started my own private practice - Adriana Tafur Services - to continue with my passion of treating children through home care. My goal was and still remains to meet childrens’ needs and to change their lives to explore and develop their skills to their highest achievable potential.

In 2007, I opened the doors to our first outpatient clinic in North Miami Beach. Since then, we have expanded to two more locations in Homestead and Coral Gables and our ambulatory practice extends to both Dade and Palm Beach Counties. I am an MSOTR/L specialized in sensory processing disorder and neurological disorder, and certified in Metronome and Neuro-feedback.
